How do i get rid of foot odor???

Ok, so i%26#039;m female and i have a really bad foot odor. It doesn%26#039;t matter what shoes i wear unless it%26#039;s thongs. New or old. When i%26#039;ve worn them for a few hours they smell.

I don%26#039;t wear socks unless i wear running shoes. Which is a rare thing. Usually it%26#039;s heels or those enclosed ballet style flat shoes.

How do i get rid of this? My partner hates it and it%26#039;s really embarrasing. This is only a thing that has started within the last year or so.

How do i get rid of foot odor???
There are foot powders that you can purchase or foot deodorants.
Reply:try Dr. Oz%26#039;s Tea Soak

Dr. Oz, who is always on Oprah and is amazing, said to soak your feet in tea. Brew up mild iced tea and soak em for about 30 minutes a day. The tannic acid is effective ingredient. They had a girl in the audience who asked that awhile back and had her on that show to talk about results and she said it worked. Give it a try! Good Luck!

Reply:When you come in at night, take off your shoes, and

put some baking soda in them, shaking it around in there.

Leave them overnight, and shake out the extra in the

morning before putting them on.

Also, wash and dry your feet well, powder them with

baking soda, and put on cotton socks overnight. This

will absorb odor, and be gentle on your feet.

Wash again with an antibacterial soap and dry well

before putting on your shoes in the morning.

And bad foot odor may be a telltale; see a doctor

if this keeps going on.
Reply:get arid-xx dry deodorant spray. spray feet n between toes n bottoms everyday. use palmolive dish soap with the aroma smell (it says it on it-its pink) it will help alot! good luck
Reply:I saw the doctor oz foot thing too. I would try it because her roommates said it worked too. Also, to destink your shoes, you can try putting them in plastic ziplocks and freezing them. (I read that it kills some of the bacteria) Also, Target sells disposable shoe liners (with a light scent). Try using those in your shoes. They are pretty cheap and you can wear the shoes at least 5 times before you need to replace them.
Reply:you can make a strong tea solution and soak your feet for 10 minutes 3 times a week. the tannin in the tea will help with the sweating

try washing your feet with Summers Eve Feminine Wash, it is good for %26quot;odors%26quot;

also get a can of Arrid XX Dry spray and spray the bottom of your feet before you ever wear your shoes. Do this everytime you put on a pair of shoes. and the shoes that are stinky...try putting them outside in the sun, and get some Odoban from Walmart and spray them every time you take them off.
